PHYSIO- CHEMICAL ANALYSIS

Our chemical lab is equipped with sophisticated instruments for measuring physical parameters like pH , Turbidity, colour, specific gravity, total dissolved solids, conductivity, refractive index, suspended solids, etc.
We under takes chemical analysis of Potable water, Industrial process wate,r effluents, boiler water, cooling water. The parameters approved for analysis are..

• B.O.D. (Biochemical Oxygen Demand)

• Oil and Grease
• Total Dissolved Solids]

• Bioassay

MICROBIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS

Microbiology is the study of microorganisms which include: bacteria, viruses, viroids, yeast, molds, protozoans, algae, fungi and other very small organisms. Microbiology is important because it helps us to understand and treat diseases. It also is important economically because it impacts the environment, research fields and biotechnology.
Microbiology is the study of microorganisms which must be viewed with the aid of a microscope or electron microscope. The importance of microbiology highlights, when it is used in biomedical research, creation of medicines, environmental applications and new research tools.
Disease causing organisms include: bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms.
Industry applications of microbiology: water quality assurance, effluent discharges, waste management, food industry, mining, medicine, research and biotechnology.
Our well equipped microbiological lab undertakes analysis of different samples viz;

PROJECT WORK FOR STUDENTS

We offer lab facilities for conducting project works for M.Sc, B.Sc, B.Tech students of Microbiology & Biotechnology. Students are free to choose their own selected areas for the project work or our expert and competent guides will provide them with suitable projects. A few areas to cover includes
